Fara Francis

C. Fara Francis is the Global CIO at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the premier global leadership development organization impacting over a million leaders across 100+ countries.With her deep expertise in technology and leadership, Fara strategically drives CCL's technological evolution to directly fuel its mission of advancing leadership development.

Prior to CCL, Fara served as CIO for ASCD, where she provided visionary thought leadership and spearheaded the strategic implementation of technology solutions that effectively served over100,000 global association members. Her experience also includes CIO roles at AGC of America and senior technology consulting and management positions at Grant Thornton, LLP andBroadPoint Technologies (now Velosio).

Fara holds an Executive Leadership Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan, anMBA in Finance from Marymount University, and is PMP Certified. A recognized leader in thefield, she serves as Chair, Philanthropy and Alliance on the Board of the Society for InformationManagement (SIM) Capital Area (DC) Chapter and as an Advisory Member for the SIM NationalChapter Advisory Board. Fara is also a member of the Private Directors Association.
