Automation & integration

Workflow and integration engineering across operations, security and networks, with ongoing support.

Make everyday work flow across systems.

Work slows down when people have to copy information between systems, chase an approval or work out who owns an alert. We map the process with the people doing it, remove unnecessary steps and connect the systems that remain. Approvals, corrections and unexpected cases are part of the design.

Where we can help

  • Workflow discovery. Map how work actually gets done, including manual steps, exceptions and decisions.
  • Integration and platform design. Evaluate the tools and connections needed to support the workflow within your existing environment.
  • Operational automation. Build repeatable workflows that move information and actions between business systems.
  • Security and network automation. Connect events and operational tasks to defined rules, response workflows and responsible teams.
  • Approvals and exception paths. Give people a clear way to approve work, correct errors and follow up on unresolved items.
  • Fractional engineering. Maintain integrations and develop new workflows as systems and priorities change.

What this can look like

These illustrative applications show how the work can take shape.

An alert with a clear next action

Gather an event, check it against agreed rules and send the appropriate person an action, with approvals and exceptions kept visible.

Document intake with human review

Connect extracted information to business workflows while routing ambiguous records, corrections and approvals to the people responsible.

Follow-up that survives the handoff

Connect contract events or operational requests to reminders and approval paths so the next step has a defined owner.

From first decision to ongoing improvement

We start by agreeing which steps to remove, which to automate and where a person should decide. We test a focused workflow with both routine and unexpected inputs, then build the connections and approval steps. Your team needs a clear way to spot failures and resolve them; ongoing engineering can help keep those workflows working as systems change.

What to expect when you start an engagement.

Do we need a finished brief?

No. A few lines about your business and the challenge are enough to begin. Share what needs to change, the systems and people you already have, and what is getting in the way.

Do you only work on AI?

No. We also work on business and technology strategy, data platforms, automation, customer systems, custom applications and commerce. We recommend AI when it suits the problem.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

We assess your existing systems, people and constraints before recommending changes. The work may involve integration, a new build, an existing product or a simpler process.

What happens after the build?

We plan documentation, training, monitoring and future improvements as part of delivery. Ongoing responsibility can sit with your team, a fractional engineering team or both.
