Harsha Bellur

Harsha Bellur serves as EVP and CIO at James Avery Jewelry. Since joining the company eight years ago, he has led a strategic transformation of business operations and guest experiences in this vertically integrated company. In this role he provides a customer-driven technology vision and leadership for delivering business value across retail and ecommerce, distribution, supply chain and manufacturing among other functions. Prior to James Avery, Harsha spent over 6 years as CIO at AMF Bowling, the world’s largest owner/operator of bowling centers. There he was part of a team that led the transformation of the company (and industry) from a lackluster “bowling alley” to a customer focused family entertainment center. The new experience was enriched by unprecedented digital capabilities and customer engagement in addition to specialized lighting, music, food and beverage and more.

Harsha’s career spans more than two decades in industries including technology consulting, retail, manufacturing, leisure/entertainment and food service. Throughout his career, he has championed innovation with a focus on customer, and customer experience that has gained industry recognition. Harsha offers a unique blend of deep technical expertise and excellent business acumen to envision and leverage technologies that enhance business value.

Harsha holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an MS in Computer Science from University of Mysore, India.
