Highly proficient interim CIO with over 20 years’ experience in shaping transformational strategy and implementing solutions across a range of industries. I have extensive expertise in IT leadership during mergers & acquisitions and company restructurings; working closely with executive stakeholders, including Private Equity firms and company boards. I have delivered digital transformation programmes, as well as large-scale ERP/CRM implementations and target operating models. Commercially aware and customer facing, I have managed budgets of up to £100m and led global departments of up to 200 people.
In addition to holding interim CIO and CTO positions, I also provide board advisory services. I support Private Equity firms by taking a leading role in due diligence, post-acquisition integration planning and turnaround strategies across a range of sectors, including fintech, insurance, software, media and entertainment.
