Todd Britton

Dr. Todd Britton is a senior executive cabinet member and University leader well versed in organizational leadership, information technology, risk management, program and project management, lean six sigma, and technology governance. Todd with over 25 years’ experience in increasingly complex roles across education, non-profit industries, manufacturing, and banking and finance. His current role is leading the Information Technology division at the University of La Verne, where he provides strategic leadership and operational management through oversight of the Information Technology division.

His passions are in driving technology adoption and transformative change often through process improvement have resulted in cost-cutting efficiencies, improved performance, and being an engaged partner to my fellow cabinet members to solve complex business problems.

Todd, a lifelong learner, achieved his Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Management in 2014 where he studied Open Source software needs in budget-challenged California Universities. Todd is a frequent invited speaker, panelist, guest lecturer, and executive education instructor in national and international academic, and business forums.
