Most enterprises operate a substantial portfolio of workflows on infrastructure that was never designed to carry them: spreadsheets, shared inboxes, Slack channels, and the implicit coordination of experienced employees. These workflows are simultaneously critical to operations and invisible to management, and they represent one of the largest and most actionable automation opportunities available to most organizations. The category of automation required to replace them has evolved significantly from the traditional robotic process automation of the previous decade, moving toward orchestration platforms, event-driven architectures, and the integration of AI for the decision points traditional automation could not address.
We design and build these systems across the functional areas where the impact is most direct: security operations, finance, revenue operations, customer onboarding, and vendor management. Engagements range from discrete workflow implementation through broader automation program design. The team builds on modern orchestration platforms where appropriate, on custom infrastructure where the workflow does not fit a platform, and on the Microsoft stack where the work lives natively inside Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
