John Mooney

John Mooney is the Chief Information Officer of BioReference Laboratories, a $1B provider of medical, oncology & genomic testing services.  John has twenty years of digital health experience serving healthcare providers, startups and consultancies. He is a subject matter expert in healthcare interoperability, having shaped standards for HL7 and ONC.  John chaired the American Clinical Laboratory Association’s Healthcare Information Technology committee from 2008-2013 and holds a B.S. in Operations and Information Management from the University of Scranton.
