Ruairi is currently the Director of Global Transformation for Majorel, which is a leading CXM company, which designs & delivers customer experience for some of the world’s leading brands. In his role he is accountable for Operational Solution & Business Architecture, plus the digital transformation of operations for Majorel’s global client portfolio.
Ruairi has over 20 years of experience in industries such as FGT, e-Commerce, CRX & BPO, where he has lead CX, UX, Digital COE’s in the fields of RPA, IA & AI plus Product & Innovation teams.
He is the father of twin girls and when he has spare time he is a keen rugby supporter, brewer & cook.
