Ruairi is currently the Director WFM Platform & Automation/AI at TELUS Digital, where he is responsible for creating new function within a global department that will support new and existing platforms, automation of tasks and explore how to drive AI as a standard in WFM.
Ruairi has over 20 years of experience in industries such as FGT, e-Commerce, CRX & BPO, where he has lead CX, UX, Digital COE’s in the fields of RPA, IA & AI plus Product & Innovation teams.
He is the father of twin girls and when he has spare time he is a keen rugby supporter, brewer & cook.
