I hold an MBA in IT Management and a BS in Business. I’m a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, I have certification in ITIL V3 (Foundations, Operational Support and Analysis, Service Transition & Service Design).
