Randy Delgado is the SVP Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Ventures. He has over 24 years of innovation and corporate strategy experience. Randy currently leads a team focused on bringing interdisciplinary solutions to AAA’s biggest challenges and growth opportunities across Insurance, Travel, Financial and Automotive products, and services. The team also works on long-term partnerships with startup founders who can leverage AAA Northeast’s resources to grow their business and move the needle in ways that benefit their mutual customers.
Prior to joining AAA Northeast, Randy was an associate partner and global lead of the strategy consulting practice at CMG Partners. At CMG he advised clients with the due diligence of new business models and market entry strategies across various industries. Prior to joining CMG Randy was a director in PwC’s advisory strategy and innovation practice co-leading their retail and consumer (R&C) health and wellness innovation group where he helped R&C executives develop health and wellness new market entry strategies. He helped companies launch centers of innovation, design a new customer experience continuum, and lead the formulation of strategic partnerships aimed at deploying innovative new strategies for diverse population outreach.
Randy was an executive with Accenture within their strategy practice where he worked with many companies on their analytic and innovation strategies and the CEO/Co-Founder of a Miami based consumer packaged goods company. Randy holds a B.A. in Mathematics and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina. He also holds a MA from Duke University.
