Goal-Oriented professional with ability to streamline risk management, resource allocation, and project prioritization coupled with researching new systems and software products.

Thomas has expertise in designing, developing, and operating organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support/infrastructures. He is known for streamlining the day to day flow of IT related functions, adhering to set operational polices and processes.
