Tricia is responsible for the digital strategy, digital marketing, customer experience and technology solutions and implementations for Aon’s Affinity organization which provides insurance products and services consumers and business professionals through affinity sponsors with over $50 Million insureds.    In addition to leading the digital transformation initiatives, Tricia is a member of the Affinity Executive Committee and has strategic responsibilities for partnering with key clients to deliver compelling digital experiences and value-added services.

Tricia has more than 25 years of marketing, technology, and digital experience, with a focus on strategic business growth, multi-channel marketing, integration of large-scale business and technology platforms, and high value business transformations. She has also transformations and enterprise agile culture change. Prior to joining Aon, Tricia was the Chief Digital Officer at Lincoln Financial Group. Her previous experience includes leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, MasterCard International, Allianz Group and Macys. A veteran of the dot-com space, Tricia has provided consulting services to companies including Priceline, TJX Companies, Sears, Motorola, Gillette, and Starbucks.

Tricia is a graduate of San Francisco State University and has a degree in design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She resides in Newtown, PA. She also teaches website development at various local community colleges and is an active volunteer with the New Jersey Adult Literacy Program and United Way of Bucks County.
