Jeff McLaughlin

Jeff McLaughlin is the SVP Digital Banking & Emerging Technology for Dollar Bank and is responsible for the digital channels that support all areas of the bank.

The digital team is responsible for digital program and product management and user experience for the digital platforms including retail banking, small business banking, treasury management banking, and the interactive voice response unit (IVR).  Mr. McLaughlin’s role includes:

Retail online banking  product & service planning, business banking product & service planning, digital platform roadmaps, envisioning digital capabilities for all business units for sales & service, voice of the customer (digital), digital competitive view, and leading all digital & innovation efforts through employee engagement and committees.

Mr. McLaughlin has over 25 years in the digital space, focusing on the customer experience through product management, business development, and project management.  Prior to joining Dollar Bank, he spent six years with TD Bank leading the digital product management efforts for all North American secure sites, covering approx. 10 million users in retail and business banking, direct investing, and high net worth investment clients.  Before TD Bank, Mr. McLaughlin ran his own consulting company, worked with startups including market leaders in mobile banking like Monitise and mFoundry, created the corporate marketing team for a publicly traded telecom service provider, and built online m-commerce and e-commerce business.

Beyond the digital space, Mr. McLaughlin is also a World Champion and 2 time Olympic medalist in rowing, an industry event speaker, and a published author.
